Our history
We started our activity in 2018 with one goal in mind: to offer a unique and pleasant gastronomic experience in Uzerche.
Thanks to our experience and dedication, we have managed to set ourselves apart. And this using fresh products , preparation made in our laboratory (candied onions, Armenian), copious and simply innovative. On Uzerche, the only wood-fired pizzeria. With more than 20 years of experience, we put all our know-how and our love of the trade into each of our pizzas.
The dough ( our pizza chef's secret recipe ) is handcrafted on site in accordance with the rules of the art (no ready-to-use mixture, no frozen or ready-made dough), here we do not use any press or sheeter each pizza is rolled out, finished by hand and copiously garnished , then cooked over a wood fire in less than 5 minutes. All our pizzas are 40 cm (Large) and 31 cm (Medium) in diameter. We will be delighted to welcome you to our pizzeria which wanted to keep, on purpose, this authentic and family side of Italian pizzerias of the time.
